| N323RS Serial Number 274 $650,000 offered by Legend Airways of Colorado |

This aircraft was operated by the Canadian military from 1952 to 1993. In 1993 it was completely restored in Kelowna British Columbia in a two year project that converted the aircraft to a civilian Beaver with new engine, propeller, avionics, interior, paint, and the Baron STOL kit. It was purchased by Robert Saielli of San Diego in 1995 and subsequently by Jon Strom of Englewood, Colorado in July of 1999. Legend Airways of Colorado acquired the aircraft in November of 2000. With just over 400 hours since restoration, Beaver 323RS has been maintained meticulously since conversion from a military aircraft and represents one of the finest examples of this model aircraft in the world. Not a working girl, this is a museum grade collectable example of the world famous deHavilland Beaver, one of the most respected and sought after planes ever built - still the work horse of Alaska and the Canadian North after nearly fifty years of operation. Originally some 1600 Beavers were built and with many lost in operation in the north, this plane will become increasingly collectable in the future.
